The success of JD Vance came from determination, a keen focus and persistent hard work. Justice Clarence Thomas and Dr. Ben Carson had similar paths from impoverished childhoods. Many will never understand these remarkable men. Those who have known poverty and hard times certainly will.

It's always the intellectuals and of Honesty and realistic goals ARE THE DEPLORABLES, ETC. IF A WORD OR CONCEPT IS DEMEANING, THE DUMBOCRATS WILL USE THEM TOWARD US, THE MAGA. This time President Trump will clean out the Washington swamps, there are many he will uncover.

He is weird only to those who do not understand when someone makes it on their own. From a poor kid to a wealthy, successful businessman who knows and understands how the real world works. The elites don’t get it. The Socialists don’t get it. The ruling class doesn’t get it. Only someone who has worked to achieve what he has gets it.

You don't get it. JD is a chameleon. He derisively sold out the people he grew up with in Hillbilly Elegy. Then from being a Never Trumper he became full on MAGA. JD believes the way to get ahead is to adopt the point of view of whomever can promote you. First he sucked up to Peter Thiel, then Don Jr And Eric Trump as well as President Trump. JD is loyal to no-one and nothing except his own advancement. His ambition is naked and makes him unlikable to mainstream Americans. Eventually, for his own political survival, he will throw President Trump under a bus.

JD Vance is just the biggest yes man to rise to the top. The guy is weird, his viewpoints are weird. The entire current Republican party is weird. They're the weirdest Americans out there trying to elect a guy who said he'd be dictator on day 1 but only for a day, he'd use the judicial system to go after political rivals, stacked a Supreme Court with toadies to him so that he could get immunity, was convicted of fraud, civilly convicted of rape (both by juries of his peers and were approved by his defense counsel), he says the most God awful weird shit all the time. Lies over and over again in absolutely proveable ways and then it's the weirdest thing to have the utter cognitive dissonance to say he's a good guy, honest, and worthy of the position of President of the US. You either have to actively not pay attention or simply want to see the world burn and believe you'll be on the side of the people doing the burning. It's about THE MOST un-American thing ever, goes counter to every ideal of what the USA stands for, and frankly... it's weird af.

You mean like Biden going after Trump with his DOJ? You have mental issues. It’s the only way possible to support the dems

Biden doesn't control the DOJ like that. Also Biden doesn't control State law enforcement that has indicted Trump on multiple criminal offences. Biden didn't control the jury of 12, as selected by the prosecution AND defence and agreed upon to give a fair judgement. The judgement of 12 people who sat and watched the entirety of the evidence in detail delivered a guilty verdict on all counts. The man is a fraudster through and through. He's gone through 3 wives, multiple affairs, said soldiers are suckers, incited an insurrection, 2/3's or more of his former cabinet either went to jail and/or say he is the stupidest most corrupt person they ever had the displeasure of knowing. Just look at why he needs a new VP pick. He tried to get his former VP killed and it almost worked all in an effort to hang onto power through lies and intimidation. The only people who could support a man like that are delusional ignorant Americans or ruzzian and chinese bots. Which one are you?

Wait a second. You’re so unbelievably delusional that you really think China or Russia want Trump to be the president? The entire world is laughing at us and you and your party is to blame. China is pushing Kamala on TikTok harder than your party pushed Biden off the ledge after you were done with him. Whatever that world salad you wrote is doesn’t matter. You need that many words to do the mental gymnastics it takes to get to the place that justifies your insane reasoning. Congratulations though, you’re contributing to destroying the country and you’re too dense to even see it. I’m the Russian bot 😂

It was recently revealed Russia was funding alt-right podcasters to support Trump. Trump wants to force a peace plan on Ukraine (by cutting off all military support) that requires them to cede part of their territory to Russia - a country that has been committing horrendous war crimes against Ukrainian civilians. This gives the dictator Putin what he wants. And you think Putin isn't actively supporting Trump?

J D Vance really is weird. He supports Putin's invasion of Ukraine. JD sneers at the working class people he grew up with - his arrogance is on full display. Shockingly, he ardently supports Project 2025 which takes away American freedoms. He sneers at women who don't want to have children and those women comprise tens of millions of Americana, so electorally, it's a really dumb perspective. President Trump was very badly advised by Sebastian Gorka and others, to make JD his running mate and now he's dragging down the whole ticket. The other people who pushed for JD, like Don Jr and the gay Peter Thiel do not represent mainstream USA. This is a very important election to win. If President Trump loses the federal cases in Washington and in Florida, it will likely send him to prison. It's time for President Trump to replace JD with someone more electorally palatable, like Tucker Carlson. And Sebastian Gorka is weird for still supporting JD Vance when he should be helping President Trump win the election by suggesting someone else as his running mate.

JD is a chameleon. He derisively sold out the people he grew up with in Hillbilly Elegy. Then from being a Never Trumper he became full on MAGA. Legacy media, like MSNBC, ABC etc is centre-left. Fox News is extreme right propaganda, like most of the stuff coming from Sebastian Gorka.

Absolutely positively resoundingly YES! I agree ron! Something doesn’t make sense with this pick for VP! I understand Donald Trump jr. are buddy-buddy which concerns me more than JD’s bio-connections.

I’m not sure what it is exactly other than JD appeared “out of thin air” the same way “Obama” did!

I understand a Presidential Dynasty “talk track” has been lighting up / going around social media worlds, whereas JD runs for President after this term. That’s if President Trump beats the “Deep State Cabal Globalist” assigned Kamala Harris.

And that’s if we have an election in November!

Thank you ron for pointing out what needs to be addressed!

So.. because I have no child, I don't care about my brothers children? My friends children? And this also ignore my time in the army, time spent for the benefit of my country? My strong patriotism?

JD Vance is making a lazy argument and is trying to pit one group against another to gain votes. It's culture war behavior.
